Two battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in the county of Yorkshire, northern England, have been acquired by Catalyst Capital, a European real estate investor, and Israel-headquartered renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) Econergy Renewable Energy.
An energy storage project pipeline of 500MW in Texas’s ERCOT market is being developed by Dallas-headquartered distributed energy resources developer and operator Hunt Energy Network.
Greek industrial group Mytilineos has acquired a portfolio of solar and battery storage projects in a €56 million (US$67.8 million) transaction it says “heralds the transition to a new era” for the company.
