Trina Storage has partnered with system integrator FlexGen on a 371MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) project for developer SMT Energy in Houston, Texas, US.    

PV module manufacturer Trina Solar has deployed its first energy storage project in Italy, for its project development arm.

Trina BESS, the battery energy storage company originally launched alongside Chinese PV giant Trina Solar but now run as an entity in its own right, sold 1,000 residential units in the first half of this year.
