The NSW Energy Security Corporation has deployed its first investment, committing AU$100 million to a large-scale battery storage platform.

The Energy Security Corporation has officially launched in New South Wales, Australia, with an initial funding allocation of AU$1 billion.

The New South Wales government has revealed that its green bank, the Energy Security Corporation, will invest in short to long-duration energy storage (LDES) projects as part of its first Investment Mandate.
