Mercedes-Benz Energy and Vivint Solar have agreed to a partnership to bring Mercedes-Benz home energy storage systems to the US.

US residential solar company Sunrun announced Wednesday that its BrightBox solar energy generation and home battery storage service is now available to homeowners across California.

In December, PV module manufacturer Hanwha Q CELLS will join other big names in solar by launching an integrated energy storage product to the German residential market, in partnership with Samsung SDI.
