Updated: A list of 100 influential companies quickly making their mark on the energy storage market in the UK and beyond is available for download, after its unveiling at the Energy Storage Summit at Twickenham Stadium.

The Energy Storage 100 was carefully curated by the editor of Energy-Storage.News, Andy Colthorpe, and the chair of the Energy Storage Alliance, Dan Caesar. Drawing on their extensive experience of the energy industry they drafted a long-list of hundreds of potential companies for inclusion in the Energy Storage 100. To ensure that no organisations were overlooked businesses were invited to nominate themselves and this method meant that many more businesses emerged.

The long-list was then reduced to the final 100 through the use of a scoring system, which took into account an array of criteria including investment relative to turnover, potential geographical reach, brand impact and technological innovation.

The supplement detailing the full list, including content from the Energy-Storage.News site was launched at the ES100 networking event overlooking the pitch at the stadium.
