Energy technology company JLM Energy announced Thursday that it has signed off on an agreement with Soligent Distribution — the largest pure-play solar distributor in the Americas.
As a result of the partnership, Soligent dealers will have access to deploying, configuring, and integrating JLM's technology — which includes solar, energy storage and smart energy monitoring software.
Emmitt Summers, JLM Energy's vice president of sales, said: "Soligent will empower dealers and end customers alike to reap the full benefits and value of JLM Energy's innovative products. With the introduction of Phazr, JLM's first MicroStorage product, we will rely on Soligent for deep and wide distribution and access to important partners."
Dan Thomas-Grant, Soligent's vice president of supply chain and operations, added: "We are excited about JLM's technology. JLM has the most efficient and cost-effective solutions available in the market today. "By introducing MicroStorage, JLM is changing the energy storage landscape. Soligent has consistently supplied cutting-edge technology to our customers. With JLM's Linez, Loadz, Phazr and Energizr 200, we are maintaining our position as the leader in the industry."
The Phazr battery clips directly on the back of a solar panel — producing sizable savings in installation labor required and system operations and maintenance.
