Project Overview
JinkoSolar has partnered with several major collaborators to successfully implement three commercial and industrial energy storage projects, providing stable and efficient clean power supply to businesses in Weifang and Jining in Shandong province and Dalian in Liaoning. The projects deploy Jinko’s SunGiga C&I energy storage system and adopt an efficient operation model of self-generation and self-use, solar-plus-storage, aligning with China’s national green development policy and responding to the urgent need of local businesses for low-carbon transformation.
LiXing Machinery in Weifang: Jinko collaborates with Zhongke Investment (Shandong) Energy Group to provide two sets of SunGiga energy storage systems.
Southeast Mountain Ecological Farm in Jining: Jinko partners with Sneak Solar Technology (Shandong) to provide two sets of SunGiga energy storage systems.
SenDaWeiye New Energy Technology in Dalian: Jinko collaborates with Huakai (Dalian) New Energy to provide one set of the SunGiga energy storage system.
Meeting Winter Challenges, Optimizing Energy Solutions
The SunGiga C&I energy storage system stores electricity during off-peak hours and releases it during peak hours, effectively regulating power demand and creating better economic benefits for businesses. Additionally, the system helps businesses increase the utilization rate of self-generated electricity, further reducing dependence on the power grid, alleviating winter power tension and ensuring stable power supply.
Solar-plus-storage integration, leading with technology
Jinko’s SunGiga C&I energy storage system not only features an innovative modular design for easy expansion according to project needs, but also integrates advanced power conversion systems (PCS) and lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP). SunGiga’s design reduces installation time and footprint, with strong adaptability and high efficiency. At the same time, its C5+ corrosion resistance and circulating liquid cooling technology ensure the long-term safety and efficient operation of the equipment, with five-level fire protection adding an extra layer of safety.
Jinko’s solar-plus-storage, promoting regional sustainable development
As Shandong and Liaoning accelerate the “Dual Carbon” plan, local governments have introduced a series of policies to encourage businesses to adopt clean energy and energy storage solutions. Jinko’s solar-plus-storage integration model not only reduces electricity costs, but also optimizes the local energy structure, helping businesses achieve green transformation, the collaboration with local companies illustrating its commitment to fostering sustainable local economic development through technological innovation.
