SINEXCEL has announced the shipment of all StellaON 1250K power conversion systems for RelyEZ Energy’s 100MW/400MWh battery energy storage project in Chile. The four-hour system in Atacama will charge during lower-demand periods and discharge at peak times, supporting grid flexibility and project returns.
Large-scale overseas projects require production, inspection and shipment schedules to remain closely aligned with on-site construction.
For a project of this scale, delays in a single batch can narrow the construction window, with coordinated delivery reducing uncertainty and helping local teams plan the next stages.
Energy equipment in Atacama must operate in an environment that can include high temperatures, dust and sand. The StellaON 1250K PCS has a maximum efficiency of 99% and a rated-power efficiency of 98.5%. It supports operation from -40°C to 60°C, maintains full power output at 55°C, and has an IP65 protection rating.
Maintaining rated output in high temperatures can reduce power derating and the need for additional capacity. Higher conversion efficiency also limits energy losses across repeated charge-discharge cycles, supporting stable operation and long-term returns.
Following shipment, the project will move into on-site installation and commissioning. SINEXCEL has a dedicated after-sales team in Latin America and seven service centres across the Americas. Technical requests can receive a response within 30 minutes, backed by round-the-clock support and a seven-day spare-parts guarantee.
To date, the company has deployed more than 17GW of energy storage capacity across over 5,000 projects and works with more than 600 partners in 60+ countries and regions.
