Sineng Electric is participating at the 2026 edition of Renewable Energy India (REI), showcasing its latest solar-storage-hydrogen solutions. As renewable energy deployment expands, grid stability and operational flexibility are becoming increasingly important, with Sineng’s portfolio addressing these needs through grid-forming technology, intelligent controls and flexible system configurations.

The company’s utility-scale energy storage portfolio includes its 1.25/1.725 MW central PCS, alongside its 430 kW liquid-cooled string PCS. These solutions support different system configurations and operating requirements for large-scale battery energy storage projects.

The 1.25/1.725 MW central PCS supports grid-forming operation in weak grids with SCR ≥ 1.1. Its overload capability of 1.5 times rated current for 10 seconds, adjustable inertia response, and wide-band impedance help support grid stability under challenging conditions. The solution also supports plant-level black start and seamless transition between grid-following and grid-forming modes.

The 430 kW grid-forming string PCS combines liquid cooling with cluster-level energy management to enhance thermal performance and improve utilization of available battery capacity. Its liquid-cooled design reduces auxiliary power consumption by 30% and lowers IGBT temperature rise at full load by 5K, contributing to enhanced system performance and operational efficiency.

For utility-scale solar PV, Sineng is presenting its 510 kW string inverter and 2.4 MW central inverter, combining high capacity, grid-forming capabilities, robust environmental adaptability and intelligent O&M to meet diverse project requirements.

The 510 kW string inverter supports a maximum DC input voltage of 1,650 V and an AC output voltage of 1,000 V, enabling longer PV strings and helping reduce AC cabling costs. Its protection features include MPPT-level insulation monitoring, real-time terminal temperature monitoring, AFCI 2.0 arc-fault detection and an integrated smart disconnector for rapid fault isolation. Designed for operation at ambient temperatures of up to 60°C, the inverter also incorporates grid-forming functionality and AI-driven power generation forecasting to optimize plant operation.

The 2.4 MW central inverter supports PV arrays of 19.2 MW and above, delivering full-rated output at ambient temperatures of up to 52°C. Designed for sand- and dust-prone environments, it also incorporates grid-forming technology to support weak-grid operation, with a short-term overload capability of 1.5 times rated current for 10 seconds, adjustable inertia response and wide-band impedance control.

The company is also showcasing its next-generation C&I solutions, including a 75-125 kW three-phase hybrid inverter, battery and 100-150 kW three-phase on-grid inverter.

The SN75-125HT hybrid inverter supports on-grid/off-grid switching within 10 milliseconds, delivers 200 kW of peak power within 200 ms and 150% overload for up to 10 seconds, ensuring power continuity and enabling rapid response to sudden load changes.

Equipped with a built-in diesel generator interface, the inverter is well-suited for hybrid and off-grid scenarios. An integrated smart disconnector enables rapid fault isolation, while Type I+II DC SPD provides additional protection, enhancing system safety and reliability.

Sineng’s 1.425–5.7 MW hydrogen production power supply solutions are compatible with ALK, PEM and AEM electrolyzers. They support electrolyzer capacities of 250–3,000 Nm³/h and provide a DC output voltage range of 0–820 V. With a maximum efficiency of 97.5%, an operating load range of 10%–110% and DC voltage ripple below 1%, Sineng’s hydrogen production power supply solutions offer a cost-effective approach to hydrogen production while accommodating diverse operating requirements.

During the event, Sineng consolidated its distribution network in India by signing 1.5 GW string inverter distribution agreements with each of its valued partners, Impulse Green Energy and OSG Oriana, representing a combined agreement capacity of 3 GW.
