Seraphim has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with Xiangyu New Energy and the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute to form a strategic partnership to focus on the global storage market.

Under the agreement, the three partners will leverage their respective strengths and knowledge in different fields to jointly build a demonstration energy storage project from the project start-up phase to the end of operations. The MoC details a strategy centred on the development, research and in-depth cooperation on international energy storage systems projects, aiming to contribute to the optimization of the global energy structure and sustainable low-carbon development.
