Kehua has showcased its latest energy storage solutions at the 2024 edition of RE+ at Anaheim, debuting its cutting-edge liquid-cooled modular product. The company’s solutions can improve energy efficiency and also reduce consumption, developing more convenient and economical energy management.
The new generation of liquid cooled modular PCS made its debut, flexibly adapting to current mainstream battery cells and customers’ AC/DC integrated solutions and delivering higher benefits. The company’s 36 year longevity in power electronics technology has meant that its liquid cooling technology has already been applied in the data centre sector, where it has accumulated significant experience in the development and scenario application of related solutions.
The newly-launched BCS5000K-B-HUD/T-US 1500V containerized energy storage and transformer turnkey system is designed for public utility applications and is a high-performance solution for large-scale energy storage needs. The 5MW MV skid includes four 1250kW storage inverters and a mid-voltage transformer, providing users with a simple, safe and smart solution for the utility-scale segment.
Kehua’s S³-EStore C&I liquid-cooled ESS was also the subject of significant attention from visitors from the commercial and industrial sectors. Integrating power conversion systems (PCS), battery management systems (BMS), batteries, fire protection and liquid cooling technology into a compact 1.3 m² footprint, it offers active safety, flexibility and efficiency.
With an efficiency of up to 91.2%, it features easy installation, cluster-level management and flexible expansion, making it ideal for commercial and industrial parks. The system is currently widely used in Europe and Latin America.
Based on the company’s extensive experience and cutting-edge technology in C&I PCS application scenarios, its BCS75K-175K-B-HM-US series energy storage module can support customized system demands in the US market and demonstrates strong capabilities in end-application scenarios, such as demand control, energy storage and charging, virtual power plant (VPP) and power backup. The 480kW split charging system, built with a 480kW power cabinet, can be configured with either a 200A air-cooled dispenser or a 500A liquid-cooling dispenser. Combined with the S³-EStore C&I liquid-cooled ESS, it offers a comprehensive turnkey ESS + EV charging solution for commercial charging applications.
The S³-iStoragE3 maintains an elegant and minimalist design for households, earning the prestigious IF design award for 2024. It is safe, reliable, and operates quietly, offering intelligent management through an app that enhances the user experience.
