JinkoSolar has announced a significant milestone in its collaboration with Australia’s ACLE Services on its D-BESS projects. Acting as BESS system integrator, the company has signed a contract to provide an 84MWh utility energy storage system that is central to the seven facilities being built for Sustainable Energy Infrastructure (SEI), marking an exciting step for the Australian utility storage sector.
Under the agreement, JinkoSolar will provide an integrated solution combining its leading 20ft liquid cooled containerized BESS with centralized PCS solutions and a control system, seamlessly improving grid strength. Scheduled for completion by the first half of 2025, the D-BESS project underlines the commitment of both companies to the adoption of sustainable energy.
“This partnership exemplifies JinkoSolar’s dedication to providing integrated BESS solutions that empower our partners with reliable products and local services,” commented Dan Su, technical director at Jinko Australia. “We are excited to collaborate with ACLE Services and contribute to the success of future projects.”
