HyperStrong has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading global developer Luminous Energy. The partnership, signed at the recently concluded RE+ in Anaheim, aims to develop and build utility-scale energy storage projects across North America, focusing on enhancing energy security, creating jobs and investing in a more resilient grid, aligning with America’s vision for a sustainable energy future.
HyperStrong brings over 12 years of experience in energy storage manufacturing and integration, with a strong track record of delivering safe, efficient and intelligent energy storage systems worldwide. Luminous Energy, for its part, has an established reputation for delivering high-quality renewable energy projects worldwide, including the groundbreaking Minety energy storage project in the UK, which was the largest battery energy storage system in the northern hemisphere upon completion.
The agreement marks a significant step forward in both companies’ commitment to the U.S. energy market, which is currently experiencing rapid growth. The strategic partnership will leverage HyperStrong’s advanced energy storage technology and Luminous Energy’s project development expertise to create scalable, efficient storage solutions that meet the increasing demand for renewable energy storage in the U.S.
