EVE Energy subsidiary EVE Power has announced the signing of a new MoU with Turkey’s Aksa Jeneratör Sanayi, extending the two companies’ existing partnership.
The new agreement involves the establishment of a joint venture company in Turkey for the manufacture, marketing and sales of battery modules, cabinets and containers. The company will also act as EPC contractor for complex BESS projects.
In 2023, EVE Energy commenced storage manufacturing operations in Hungary, Malaysia and the United States, opening up new opportunities for global manufacturing, delivery and service. The Turkish joint venture combines the strength of Aksa in local market integration with EVE Energy’s lithium battery expertise and aims to provide Turkey’s rapidly transitioning energy sector with further momentum.
