Volvo Group has acquired the US battery pack company Proterra out of bankruptcy, while its power solutions arm Volvo Penta is providing its BESS sub-system for EV charging infrastructure solutions.
BYD has now officially launched its “B-BOX” in the UK – an energy storage system for household and commercial applications featuring the same battery technology used in buses running throughout central London.
