A recent report from the Clean Energy Associates found that system-level defects accounted for nearly half of all defects found in battery energy storage systems (BESS), of which two issues related to increased risk of fire.
After coming down last year, the cost of containerised BESS solutions for US-based buyers will come down a further 18% in 2024, Clean Energy Associates (CEA) said.
