Kehua has supplied an energy storage skid solution for a project in Lishui City, China’s Zhejiang province. For the first project to combine semi-solid state batteries with an energy storage system, the company provided four 1.25MW high-performance energy storage converters, connected in parallel to a single 5,000kVA transformer to achieve a 35kV AC grid-connected output, ensuring the high efficiency and stability of power transmission.

By adopting the function of four energy storage converters in parallel in the centralized energy storage technology path and combining this with the charging and discharging characteristics of semi-solid batteries, the charging and discharging strategy is automatically adjusted to achieve intelligent management, significantly improving overall system safety and operational stability.

The project can store 200,000 kWh of electricity at one time, with an annual discharge of more than 60 million kWh, saving 23,000 tons of standard coal and eliminating 72,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
