Goldwind Carbon Neutral made its inaugural appearance at the 2025 edition of The Smarter E Europe, unveiling a comprehensive suite of energy storage innovations designed to accelerate Europe’s clean energy transition.
The exhibition highlighted the company’s latest technological breakthroughs, including the groundbreaking GoldConv A10000Pro-MV system. This AC-side solution delivers 10MVA medium-voltage capacity with industry-leading adaptability for 280-730Ah battery configurations, achieving a 10-15% reduction in MV BOS costs compared to conventional 5MVA transformers. Its revolutionary string PCS architecture demonstrates a 58% lower annual downtime loss compared with centralized alternatives, while its robust grid-forming capability maintains stability even in challenging SCR=1 grid environments.
On the DC side, the newly launched GoldStack 2.0 Pro liquid-cooled system redefines performance benchmarks with its 628Ah mega-capacity cells delivering superior reliability and a 25-year operational lifespan. The solution offers project developers 30-40% improvements in both spatial efficiency and cost-effectiveness compared to previous generations, while its innovative zero-parallel-connection design ensures optimal performance for long-duration storage applications. The modular GoldBlock L700 series further complements this portfolio with its versatile 2-12H configuration capability and climate-adaptive design features.
Head of international business Tong Shen commented: “Our 2025 product lineup directly addresses the ‘trilemma’ of reliability, cost-efficiency and regulatory compliance that European operators face today.” The company’s solutions already meet Germany’s stringent VDE4110/4120/4130 standards, supported by localized service teams across key European markets.
Goldwind Carbon Neutral’s exhibition presence also featured its proprietary grid-forming technology, capable of maintaining stability in extreme grid conditions (SCR=1.2) and seamlessly adapting to SCR fluctuations between 1-10. This innovation was showcased alongside the company’s global service infrastructure, which delivers 24/7 support through six continental hubs, maintaining 99% system availability and 88% round-trip efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
The product showcase gained additional validation with the award of NFPA68/69 certifications from SGS. “These solutions represent the next evolution in safe, reliable energy storage technology,” remarked SGS’ Mark Lohmann during the certification ceremony.
Goldwind chairman Tony Pan emphasized the strategic importance of the European market, adding: “Our 2025 solutions portfolio reflects three years of intensive R&D focused specifically on Europe’s unique grid challenges and market structures. We’re not just bringing products to Europe – we’re building solutions with Europe, for Europe.”
