All 640 battery packs have been installed at Synergy’s 2,000MWh Collie BESS, which is set to be one of the largest batteries in Australia.

French independent power producer Neoen confirmed that stage one of the 219MW/877MWh Collie battery energy storage system in Western Australia has been completed.

The Clean Energy Council (CEC) of Australia has revealed that six large-scale energy storage projects totalling 573MW/2,047MWh reached financial commitment in the second quarter of 2024.
