Independent power producer (IPP) CleanCapital has acquired a 27MW solar and 25MWh battery storage portfolio across Massachusetts and California, from Pacifico Energy.

DSD Renewables, a solar PV and energy storage developer owned by Blackrock Real Assets, has acquired a six-site community solar-plus-storage greenfield project portfolio with 45 MW of solar and 88 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Massachussets, USA.

The projects developed through the state’s solar-plus-storage incentive programme are set to produce 11.2MWdc of energy, backed by 10.2MWh of storage.
