JinkoSolar has announced the signing of a contract with Jincheng New Energy for delivery of its SunGiga liquid cooled ESS to a C&I project in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province.
The SunGiga ESS is designed for the domestic C&I market, with a battery capacity ranging from 500kWh to 2MWh, available for two- and four-hour applications. The solution combines an LFP battery, power conversion system (PCS), BMS, liquid cooling and fire suppression systems (FSS). The combination of these features streamlines transportation, installation and O&M, reducing costs.
SunGiga is pre-commissioned, all parameters being set before it leaves the factory, decreasing on-site commissioning time and guaranteeing early revenue for project owners.
