HyperStrong has exhibited at the 2025 edition of RE+ in Las Vegas, showcasing its latest modular energy storage solutions, highlighting the company’s growing influence in international markets.
Among highlights on display at the HyperStrong booth was the groundbreaking HyperBlock M, the first product built on the company’s innovative MagicBlock platform, presenting competitive battery energy storage solutions tailored for the North and Latin American markets.
The MagicBlock platform marks a decisive shift from conventional industry designs with its open, flexible architecture. It supports optional integration of key components such as PDUs and PCS, and ensures compatibility with multiple battery cell brands and medium-voltage equipment. Its agile, modular approach enables highly customizable solutions suitable for diverse applications including frequency regulation, peak shaving and renewable integration.
The HyperBlock M, released earlier this year, embodies this innovation. It reconfigures a traditional 20-foot container into a streamlined 10-foot unit, drastically improving transportation and on-site deployment efficiency, especially in remote or logistically challenging regions.
Equipped with a 400 kW PCS and a real-time monitoring system, the product delivers precise tracking of charge/discharge capacity, system efficiency and battery health, its intelligent balancing algorithms and advanced thermal management ensuring reliable performance throughout its lifecycle. The system incorporates 24-hour full-time balancing technology and an intelligent thermal optimization algorithm, increasing usable energy over the system’s lifetime by more than 3.5%, while reducing energy consumption by 10%.
The HyperBlock M is supported by an AI-powered smart O&M system that enables remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and real-time risk alerts. Its multi-site collaborative analysis function automatically identifies and prioritizes maintenance tasks, boosting operational efficiency.
Also featured at the event was HyperGenie, a multilingual AI assistant trained on over 200 real maintenance cases and expertise from 50 specialists. The product offers on-site personnel real-time troubleshooting guidance through integrated voice interaction, helping improve implementation efficiency and significantly reducing maintenance costs for international projects.
HyperStrong is executing a dual strategy of technological innovation and localized service to accelerate its overseas expansion. The company has established local teams across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East to provide region-specific solutions and services. By offering products certified to UL, CE and IEC standards, it meets rigorous safety and compliance requirements in key markets including Europe and the U.S.
Founder, Chairman and CEO Dr. Jianhui Zhang commented that the company aims for overseas revenue to match domestic revenue within three to five years, the strong overseas revenue growth in the first half of 2025 already reflecting the effectiveness of this strategy.
President of Technology Dr. Guang Yang added that HyperStrong is advancing plans for local assembly, O&M and testing facilities in Europe and North America. The company is also developing localized warehousing and logistics networks to ensure prompt delivery and sustained service.
